What this site is
This is Dr. Srikanth Gadam’s personal website. It is not a patient portal, electronic health record, or official channel of any hospital or clinic, including InnerCare – Hemet. It does not store medical records and should never be used to send personal health information.
Information collected
Contact & email: If you email me directly (including through a mailto link on this site), I receive whatever you choose to send — typically your email address, name, and message content. I use this only to respond to you.
Reader Voices submissions: If you submit a perspective to be featured on the Reader Voices page, I collect what you send (your writing, and a name or “submitted by a reader” preference) for the sole purpose of possibly publishing it, with light editing for clarity only.
Basic site analytics: Like most websites, this site may use standard analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic — for example, how many people visit a page. This data is anonymized and aggregated; it is not used to identify individual visitors.
Cookies: This site may use basic cookies required for the site to function properly. It does not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
What I don’t collect
I do not collect medical records, insurance information, or protected health information (PHI) through this site. Appointment scheduling happens directly through InnerCare – Hemet, not through this website.
Third-party links
Some pages, including Things I Use, contain links to third-party products or services, some of which are referral/affiliate links (always disclosed next to the link). I’m not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites once you leave this one.
Children’s privacy
This site, including the For Parents & Patients page, is intended for a general adult audience (parents, caregivers, and healthcare professionals) — it is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.
Your choices
You can always choose not to submit anything through this site. If you’ve previously emailed me or submitted a Reader Voices entry and want it removed, contact me and I’ll honor that request.
